The Nikis Bistrot is a food and wine project linked to the Caponetti family, owners of the resort of the same name, and the precious and talented figure of our chef. The combination of the chef’s international, but at the same time identity-based experience has found a home in an environment and a property that has these two characteristics as its strong points.
The meeting between the chef Emanuele Di Fonso and Maître de Mason Matteo Caponetti led to the birth of Nikis Bistrot. The strong will of both to communicate a different model of gastronomy and hospitality, served on the elegance of the design of the artist Alessio Moras, wants to depict the perfect synthesis between cuisine, wine and hospitality in a place rich in traditions, history and culture.
This jewel built by Matteo’s parents, Stefano and Lena Caponetti, now opens its doors not only to internal guests, but also to those who just want to spend a few hours with them between a glass of good wine and the delicacies of a rich culinary offered from the kitchen.
At lunchtime, you can eat in the gastrosteria based on a cuisine that goes from the frying pan to the grill, as tradition dictates, and at dinner, make a reservation in our unusual Bistrot where you can enjoy our tasting menus or choose from playful a la carté dishes.
