All prices are intended per room, per night

During the Holidays and High season the minimum stay is 2 nights.

When more than two peolpe, supplement of 25€ per person

– Check in from 14:30 to 23:00
– Check out within 12 am
– Continental breakfast from 8.30 to 10.30 am

Children under 3 years sharing room with parents are free

To confirm your reservation, please number your credit card or sending a minimum deposit of 30% by bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations will be charged as follows:
Between 9 and 3 days prior to arrival – 50%
Less than 3 days prior to arrival – full 100%
“No-Shows” and early departures – full 100%
Cancellation fees are calculated on the total value of the reservation(s) made.

Nikis Resort offers the possibility to train your short game putting, bunker shots and approce on our golf area that has an magnificient view on the Umbria green hills. For reservation contact the reception. (mettere foto green con panorama). For playng 18 holes nearby the Resort we have Antognolla Golf, Perugia Golf, Lamborghini Golf or The Royal Bagnaia Golf. For reservation please contact the Resort reception or directly the golf club.
